Mr.Muhammad Saeed is also a member of the Human Resource and Remuneration Committee and his professional guidelines are considered distinctly by the Management of the Company. He is also looking after Public Relations and legal matters of the company. Due to his vast experience Mr. Muhammad Saeed is exempt from Directors’ Training Program as required under Code of Corporate Governance 2012 of Pakistan (CCG).

He is looking after Spinning and Weaving division, its operations and management and providing valuable services. He is actively involved in negotiating weaving export businesses of the Company. He is looking after procurement of local and imports (fibres/yarns/spare parts and machinery) and marketing (fabric/ yarn & Socks).
