More than 30 years of experience as Chief Executive / Director of the company. He has diversified business skills, effective leadership qualities and influential contacts within the corporate and banking community, with special expertise in financial matters and strategic planning.

Mr. Omer Saeed
Bachelor’s (Hons) in textile marketing and management from the USA. He looks after the spinning and weaving division and is actively involved in negotiating weaving export business. Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Mr. Ahsan Saeed
Bachelor’s (Hons) in textile apparel management from the USA. He looks after local and import procurement and the marketing of fabric, yarn and socks. Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.
Director — Socks Division
Mr. Khizer Saeed
Bachelor’s (Hons) in finance from the USA. A business executive looking after the operations and management of the socks division.

Mr. Muhammad Azhar
An experienced independent director from the textile industry, bringing industry knowledge, strategic insight and governance expertise to the Board. Chairman of the Audit, HR & Remuneration and Sustainability Committees.
